The hotel is located directly on the coast, approx. 3km outside the well-known yet small resort of Costa Teguise on the east coast of Lanzarote, with various restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. Distance to the airport approx. 15km.

All rooms are equipped with: Flat screen TV, WiFi, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, terrace or balcony, teapot, desk, hairdryer, toiletries and rain shower. Beds: king size (2m x 2m) or single beds (1m x 2m). The family rooms and junior suites are equipped with a separate living room and a sofa bed. Available for a fee: minibar, room service, safe. Room sizes: Double room approx. 32sqm, double room sea view approx. 36sqm, family room and junior suites approx. 42sqm.

The resort has an 50m Olympic swimming pool, heated (26°C), with 10 lanes (chargeable). Depending on availability, lanes can be reserved or shared. Training equipment such as swimming boards, swimming gloves, pull boys and fins are available. Open water swimming is possible in the small, quiet sea cove «El Ancla» accessible from the hotel. Harmonise body and soul with the extensive wellness and massage offers. The hotel's state-of-the-art gym offers a cardio, strength, cross and functional training equipment both indoors and outdoors. There is also an excellent network of running tracks in the surrounding area and the Costa Teguise golf course is only about 3km away.
