The hotel is located in a quiet but central area, directly at the harbour with a beautiful view over the bay of Alcudia. The small bathing beach has direct access. The extensive sandy beach is only 100m away.

The double rooms are spread over two floors and feature a balcony or terrace, fully equipped bathrooms with a hairdryer, telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning (warm/cold), satellite TV, safe, and free Wi-Fi. The suites additionally include a sofa bed, individually adjustable air conditioning (warm/cold), refrigerator, and microwave.

The hotel offers a fitness studio and a heated indoor pool for sports activities. The wellness facilities include a spa, sauna, steam bath, and solarium. Guests can also enjoy additional services such as a beauty salon and massages for an extra charge. The hotel also offers a range of water sports activities (e.g. paddle surfing, kayaking, sailing courses) for a fee.

The hotel offers a varied breakfast and dinner buffet along with additional snacks. Proper attire is required for dinner (long trousers for gentlemen). Please inform the hotel upon arrival about any food intolerances. Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan meals are available.

Bicycle storage is available at the hotel. The Huerzeler cycling station, which offers rentals, a workshop, and a boutique, is located 1.2km away at Puerto Alcudia station (from 2025 at a distance of 700m). The "group starting point" for guided tours is located at Playa de Muro South station, 5km away. In spring, we also offer guided tours in the Hobby & Fun strength classes from mid-March to mid-May starting from the Hotel Bahia de Alcudia in Puerto Alcudia, which is only 1km away.
