The comfortable double rooms spread over the three 3-storey buildings and have a bath, shower, toilet, hairdryer, bathrobe, telephone, satellite TV, WiFi, minibar, safe, air conditioning/heating and balcony. The suites provide an additional lounge with TV and a second bathroom with shower/toilet.

Breakfast buffet with a wide selection. Dinner includes cold and hot buffets, along with a choice of three main courses served at the table. Three times a week, themed buffets are offered. The hotel offers gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan meals.

Bicycle storage at the hotel. The huerzeler cycling station Playa de Muro South with bicycle rental, Assos Outlet Store, repair shop is in front of the Hotel Iberostar Playa de Muro, about 900m away.
