The Hotel Condesa is located in the north of Mallorca, directly on the gently sloping sandy beach. There are several stores nearby. The port of Alcudia, which is around 4km away, offers additional shopping opportunities as well as restaurants and bars.

All rooms feature a bathroom with bath or shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, rental safe, minibar, sofa bed, balcony, heating and air conditioning. The double rooms are 22sqm, the junior suites are 32sqm, and the suites are 40sqm. The minibar is included on the day of arrival for suites.

In addition to a fitness room, the hotel offers also a sauna (for guests over 16 years) and golfing opportunities at the nearby 18-hole golf course “Club de Golf Alcanada”. Water sports on the beach can be arranged through third party providers.

A buffet restaurant with international cuisine and an a la carte restaurant with American cuisine cater to your culinary needs. Two bars are available for refreshments and snacks. Formal clothes are recommended in the hotel in the evening (long pants for men). Included in half-board Premium: water and soft drinks with dinner.
