The hotel is located 200m from the famous promenade of Playa de Palma and the gently sloping sandy beach. Very central but quiet location. Numerous entertainment and shopping are nearby. The airport is about 8km away.

The double rooms (19sqm) are located in the 4-story main building and feature a bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, refrigerator, satellite TV, free safe, air conditioning/heating, and balcony. The apartments & deluxe rooms (35sqm) for 2 - 3 adults offer the same amenities, including a combined living-bedroom area (sofa bed for the 3rd person), a bedroom, a bathroom, a small kitchen with refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace. These apartments & deluxe rooms are situated next to the main building in two-story structures.

Free: In winter heated indoor swimming pool (suitable for triathletes) and fitness equipment. Sauna and Turkish bath (steam bath) free of charge. Massage for a fee. Specifically: Interval Hypoxia training as a training completion (on request, for a fee and only in the apartments).

Breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant with generous buffet. Please inform the hotel of any food intolerances upon your arrival. Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan meals are available.

The Huerzeler cycling station with bicycle rental, bicycle storage, repair shop and boutique is located on the -1 floor of the hotel. The "group starting point" for the guided tours is at the Playa de Palma Gran Fiesta station, 2km away.
