The hotel is located in the typical Mallorcan harbor town of Puerto Alcudia. The nearby sandy beach of Playa de Muro is one of the longest on the island. The town also offers a wide range of entertainment options, restaurants, bars, and shops. Visit the old town of Alcudia, which can be reached on foot in approx. 20 minutes.

The Zafiro Palace Alcudia is ideal for cyclists, featuring a bicycle station with storage and a repair workshop. In addition to a heated outdoor pool with four lanes, perfect for triathletes, the hotel offers a heated indoor pool, a fully equipped fitness area, a Turkish bath, a sauna, and a spa where you can indulge in massages and treatments for an additional fee.

The hotel's cuisine is inspired by Asian, Mediterranean, and Italian influences and features four à la carte restaurants. Additionally, there is The Market buffet restaurant, which will surprise you with a wide variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner. The à la carte restaurants are open only from May to October. During months with lower guest occupancy, it is possible that only the buffet restaurant will remain open, offering à la carte options. Please inform the hotel of any food intolerances upon your arrival. Gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan meals are available.

The hotel features excellent cycling infrastructure with a bicycle cellar and a workshop for self-use. The Huerzeler cycling station Puerto Alcudia with bicycle rental, workshop and boutique is located 300m away. Guided tours start from the Playa de Muro South station, about 5km away.
