With trip cancellation protection, you are covered against cancellation costs before your trip due to accident, illness, death, or damage to your property caused by natural events, either affecting you or a family member.

Up to 24 hours before departure, the cancellation fee is 10% of the trip cost plus the cancellation protection fee.
The traveler must notify Active Travel AG / Mallorca-Aktiv GmbH of the cancellation at least 24 hours before departure.
The cancellation must be reported in writing via email to your booking office at info@huerzeler.com or info@mallorca-aktiv.de. It is essential to attach the appropriate documentation (medical certificate, death certificate, etc.) to the email. Otherwise, the costs will not be reimbursed.
Cancellations on the day of departure or retroactively will be charged according to the General Terms and Conditions (AVRB).
