Welcome to our Gravel Camps

Michael and Dimitris are excited to welcome you to Greece at the beautiful Costa Navarino. We organize the Gravel Camps in two strength classes, ensuring that our guests neither feel under- nor over-challenged. You can decide on-site which pace and distances suit you best.

Our camp takes place in the surroundings of the small village of Gialova, an excellent starting point for cycling and gravel tours. Gialova is known for its breathtaking nature, quiet beaches, and the warm hospitality of the locals.

Participants are limited to 24 per camp.

Travel suggestions for arrival/departure

Direct flights to Kalamata

From/via Zurich with Edelweiss Air every Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
From/via Frankfurt with Condor every Monday, Friday
From/via Munich with Eurowings Discover every Thursday, Saturday
From/via Munich with Aegean every Sunday
From/via Düsseldorf with Eurowings every Tuesday, Sunday

Programme

Day
1

Friday

Individual arrival (preferably directly to Kalamata).
Bike collection and welcome aperitif at the cycling station.*
Important information about the tours.

*For participants arriving from Zurich with Edelweiss, bike collection and the aperitif are possible the following day.

Saturday

Rolling in, gravel technique, group organisation, dinner – including information about the country and its people.

Sunday

Approx. 5-hour gravel tour.

Monday

Approx. 5-hour gravel tour.

Tuesday

Rest day. Possibility of individual excursions e.g. dream bay Voidokilia, castle of Pylos, one-day excursion to Ancient Olympia.

Wednesday

King's stage for both strength classes with a visit to ancient Messene. Bus transfer back to the hotel.

Day
7

Thursday

Final tour of approx. 4-5 hours and dinner in the village tavern.

8

Friday

Individual extension or journey back home.
