The rental price includes additional services:

Body and frame size
Frame size is not an objective measurement and varies depending on the manufacturer and geometry. Therefore, we ask for your height in cm when making a reservation to assign your rental bicycle. Upon collection, we will measure your inseam and adjust your bicycle accordingly. Your personal measurements will be stored on your guest card. Please bring this with you each time you rent a bicycle.
Pedal systems
We offer the following pedal systems:
- Shimano SPD-MTB
- Shimano SPD-SL
- Look Keo
- Flachpedale
You may also bring your own pedals.
Saddles
Our bicycles are equipped with the following saddles:
- Cube Nuance Road or Fizik Aliante Delta
- Velo Plush (Women's saddle)
Bottle holders
All bicycles are equipped with two bottle holders, except for sports bikes/e-bikes Nuride, which have one bottle holder.
Rental helmets
We also rent helmets at €4 per day, max. €15 per week for long-term rentals.
Bicycle rental
It is important to bring an ID card or passport.
Daily rental
Bicycles can also be rented for 1, 2, or 3 days on-site, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not possible.
Returning bicycles
Please bring your guest card or receipt when returning the bicycle. The bicycle must be returned with complete equipment according to the general rental conditions. In case of loss, such as the speedometer or pump, the prices according to the price list in the rental or FAQs apply.
Returning the bicycle at a different station
This is only possible with prior agreement and written confirmation. Fee: €15.
Reservation
You will receive a confirmation email immediately. Bicycle rental reservations can be made either as part of a Huerzeler package holiday with a 20% price advantage or as a "rental bicycle reservation only" through the reservation system. We cannot accept reservations by phone or email.
